- Come fully assembled, ring beam and box gutter delivered as one unit. Ready to be bolted in for simple installation.
- Fully insulated; box gutter foam is already applied to the box gutter and the entire inside area is covered in silver foil tape.
- Batten is attached ready for fixing plasterboard.
- Fully boarded and tiled on the outside to match the rest of your roof.
